Returns & Exchanges

At FIELDWORK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
